Executive Chef Mark Pawlowski became the "Iron Chef of Pennsylvania 2008." Mark participated in the second annual Food Show Event held this week in Harrisburg, Pennyslvania. Chef Pawloski and team defended their 2007 title by utilizing a Pennsylvania produce, "corn," with items selected such as salmon, beef tenderloin, and dessert.
