Terry Sindt, C.H.A
Regional Director

Terry joined Guests, Inc. as Regional Director in December of 1995. He brings with him over twenty-five (25) years of experience in the hospitality industry specializing in operations and purchasing of hotel supplies, furniture and equipment. At Guests, Inc., he is responsible for the direct supervision of a number of properties and he coordinates the non-construction related Capital Improvement Program for all of the Guests, Inc. properties.

Sindt is a graduate from Northern Arizona University, where he majored in Hotel and Food Service Administration. Additionally, he is a Certified Hotel Administrator.

After graduation, Terry joined Exel Inns as a General Manager. His accomplishments as "Most improved Property", "Exel Inn of the Year", and "Housekeeping Inn of the Year", in addition to simultaneously managing two Inns, allowed his career advancement to Assistant Vice President. In this position, Terry served as Director of Exel's Economy Supply, was responsible for property refurbishment, new property FF&E purchasing and installation, and assisted properties in realizing their budgets. Later, while serving as Vice President, Terry focused on business development, securing management contracts, and coordinated real estate and management transactions and developed and maintained a network of hotel and investment prospects.

During his tenure as Regional Manager with Brilyn, Inc., Sindt's properties continually achieved higher gross operating profits than industry standards. Additionally, four of his six properties received prestigious management company awards. He also implemented guest service and guest satisfaction programs and assisted in establishing the company policy and procedure manual as well as Brilyn's human resource manual.
